Operating Instructions: 1. Press the "start/pause" icon to turn the kettle on or off. 2. Press the "keep warm" icon to heat to 60℃/140℉ and keep warm. 3. Choose a preset and then press "keep warm" to heat and maintain the target temperature. 4. Press the "thermometer" icon to select presets. Press and hold for 3 seconds to switch to ±1℉ mode. Press and hold the "+ -" icon for ±5℉ adjustments.
