The 3-part stainless steel plunger includes a fine mesh filter, allowing for a premium extraction of your coffee’s aromatic oils and subtle flavors, which are delivered directly to your cup without being absorbed by a paper filter. This also means there is no waste from paper filters. The patented safety lid prevents the splashing of liquids while pressing, and all parts are safe to use in the dishwasher. The COLUMBIA coffee maker is available in 12 cup (1.5 l, 51 oz.) and 8 cup (1.0 l, 34 oz.) size models.
